CC-87-062: SARA Title III Final Rule for Hazardous Chemical Inventory Reporting

The attached material appeared in the October 15, 1987 Federal Register. It is EPA's promulgation of reporting requirements associated with Sections 311 and 312 of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA), Title III. Section 311 calls for the submission of Material Safety Data Sheets for hazardous chemicals present at a facility by October 17, 1987. Section 312 calls for the annual submission of a hazardous chemical inventory form, the first due March 1, 1988.
