CC-87-055: Promulgation of Revisions to Method 16A and Approval of Method 16B for TRS Emission Measurements

The attached material appeared in the September 29, 1987 Federal Register [FR 52 (188) 36408-36417]. EPA has approved an alternative procedure to certify H2S recovery cylinder gas in Method 16A, and has approved Method 16B for measurement of TRS emissions from kraft mill sources.
