CC-87-021: Alternative Calibration Procedures for Method 5

The attached material appeared in the March 26, 1987 Federal Register. EPA is now allowing the option of using critical orifices as a calibration standard instead of a wet test meter in Method 5 (Determination of Particulate Emissions from Stationary Sources).
