CC-86-066: Promulgation of Methods 5B and 5F for Particulate Emission Measurements

The attached material appeared in the November 26, 1986 Federal Register. It consists of EPA's promulgation of new source test Methods 5B and 5F for determining particulate matter emissions from certain sources subject to Federal NSPS. Method 5F is only applicable to refinery catalyst regenerators while Method 5B applies to utility and industrial boilers.
