CC-86-040: Alternative Procedures for Determining the Relative Accuracy of SO2 and NOx CEMS

The attached material appeared in the June 16, 1985 Federal Register. It consists of an EPA final rulemaking that allows an alternative procedure in Performance Specification 2 for determining the relative accuracy of continuous SO2 and NOx emission monitoring systems installed on fossil fuel fired steam generating units subject to the 1971 NSPS.
