CC-86-005: Hazardous Waste Management System; Identification and Listing of Hazardous Waste; Used Oil

Attached please find material which appeared in the Federal Register on November 29, 1985. In it EPA proposes to (a) list used oil as a hazardous waste, and (b) establish a 100 pound reportable quantity for environmental releases subject to CERCLA.
