CC-85-018: Promulgation of Method 16A for TRS Source Testing

The attached material appeared in the March 8, 1985 Federal Register. It consists of EPA's final approval of Method 16A for measurement of TRS emissions from kraft pulp mill sources subject to the 1978 NSPS. There is also a change in the smelt dissolving tank TRS standard to accommodate the use of Method 16A on this source.
