CC-83-054: Performance Specifications for TRS Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems

Attached please find material which appeared in the Federal Register on July 20, 1983. It consists of EPA's final Performance Specification 5 (PS5) for continuous emission monitoring of TRS compounds from kraft pulp mills subject to the 1978 New Source Performance Standards. The final PS5 has been significantly altered from the original proposal of July 20, 1981.
