CC-82-022: Combination Fossil Fuel-Fired Boiler NSPS

National Council staff have recently received a number of questions regarding the results obtained in conduct of particulate emission compliance tests for such boilers. A review of these suggests that some mills are following outdated procedures in maintaining their EPA Method 5 filter in the particulate sampling train.
