CC-23-008 PFAS and Chemicals of Special Concern

On October 31, 2023, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a federal register notice implementing changes to reporting of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) under the Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) program. The final rule removes the de minimis exemption for these chemicals.
