CC-14-010: EPA – Water – 2012 and 2013 Effluent Guideline Reviews and Final 2012 and Preliminary 2014 Effluent Guidelines Program Plans

The September 16, 2014, edition of the <em>Federal Register</em> contained a notice of availability regarding several documents related to EPA’s evaluation of technology-based effluent limits, known as Effluent Limitations Guidelines (or ELGs), for certain categories of wastewater dischargers. The specific documents and the content applicable to the pulp and paper and timber products industry are described in this memo.
