CC-13-018: EPA – SARA Section 313 – Proposal to Add the Nonylphenol Category to List of Toxic Chemicals Reportable Under Section 313 of EPCRA

In the June 20, 2013, Federal Register [FR 78 (119) 37176-37186], EPA published a proposal to add a nonylphenol category to the list of toxic chemicals subject to reporting under section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) of 1986 and section 6607 of the Pollution Prevention Act (PPA) of 1990. This material will be of direct interest to all individuals involved with SARA Section 313 Form R reporting.
