CC-13-007: Revised Final Emission Standards for Boilers Located at Area Sources

In the February 1, 2013 Federal Register, EPA published a revised final rule setting emission standards for boilers located at industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities that are not major sources with respect to facility-wide emissions of hazardous air pollutants. This rule will be of interest to companies operating paper mills, converting plants, sawmills, engineered lumber mills, and panel plants that are classified as area sources.
