CC-13-004: Final Rule Promulgating Revisions to the Primary and Secondary National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Particulate Matter

In the January 15, 2013 Federal Register, EPA published a final rule promulgating revisions to the current primary and secondary NAAQS for PM2.5 and PM10, along with corresponding revisions to ambient air monitoring, reporting, and network design requirements. EPA also finalized changes to the prevention of significant deterioration (PSD) permitting program to reflect the NAAQS revisions.
