CC-12-031: Final Rule Correcting Inadvertent Error Requiring Inclusion of Condensable Particulate Matter in Determining Total Particulate Emissions

In the October 25, 2012 Federal Register, EPA published a final rule that corrects a mistake in the PSD and New Source Review (NSR) rules involving inclusion of condensable particulate matter when determining total particulate matter emissions.
