CC-12-030: NCASI Submits Comments in Response to EPA Proposed CHP Emission Allocation Method

In the September 11, 2012, Federal Register, EPA proposed to adopt the “work potential” method for allocating greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from combined heat and power (CHP) systems. NCASI identified technical errors in EPA’s proposal and submitted comments on October 10, 2012. This material will interest all companies that operate CHP systems.
