CC-12-028: Revisions to EPA Mandatory GHG Reporting Rule

In the August 24, 2012, Federal Register, EPA finalized revisions to several subparts of the mandatory GHG reporting rule. Of particular interest to the forest products industry are amendments to Subpart TT - Industrial Waste Landfills. The revisions became effective on August 24, 2012. The memorandum summarizes the rule revisions and will interest all companies subject to the EPA greenhouse gas reporting requirements relating to industrial landfills.
