CC-12-025: Promulgation of Method 16C for the Determination of Total Reduced Sulfur (TRS) Emissions from Stationary Sources

The July 30, 2012 Federal Register includes notice of an action that promulgates Method 16C for measuring TRS emissions from stationary sources, thereby adding this method to the list of EPA-approved stationary source test methods in 40 CFR Part 60, Appendix A. This rule will be of interest to companies with kraft mills.
