CC-12-019: TSCA – Chemical Data Reporting, Extension of Submission Deadline

The June 18, 2012, edition of the Federal Register contained an immediate final rule extending the submission deadline for 2012 Chemical Data Reports (CDR) required under TSCA Section 8 regulations. The new reporting deadline is August 13, 2012. The information in this memo will be of interest to all NCASI member companies required to file Form U reports for manufacture or processing of chemical substances under Section 8 of the TSCA regulations.
