CC-12-016: EPA Proposes Revisions to Mandatory GHG Reporting Rule

In the May 21, 2012 Federal Register, EPA proposes revisions to several subparts of the mandatory GHG reporting rule. Of particular interest to the forest products industry are amendments proposed to Subpart TT - Industrial Waste Landfills. There is a 30-day comment period; comments must be received by EPA by June 20, 2012. This memorandum summarizes the proposed rule amendments and will interest all companies subject to the EPA greenhouse gas reporting requirements relating to industrial landfills.
