CC-12-011: SARA Section 313 Proposal to Require Electronic Filing of Form R and Form A

In the March 5, 2012 Federal Register, EPA published a proposal that would require all facilities to electronically file their Form R and Form A reports, starting with reports due July 1, 2013. This proposal will be of interest to companies operating facilities subject to SARA Section 313 annual reporting obligations.
