CC-12-002: Key Outcomes of the Durban Climate Change Meetings

Between November 28 and December 11, 2011, delegates from most of the world's countries met in Durban, South Africa to negotiate on a range issues related to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). This memorandum provides a brief summary of some of the key outcomes of those meetings from the perspective of companies operating in the United States and Canada.
