CC-12-001: Proposed Amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from the Pulp and Paper Industry

In the December 27, 2011 Federal Register, EPA proposed amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for the pulp and paper industry to incorporate the results of the residual risk and technology review (RTR) conducted in accordance with the requirements under Sections 112(d)(6) and (f)(2) of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
