CC-11-035: Reproposal of Emission Standards for Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) Units and Provisions of the Non-Hazardous Secondary Materials (NHSM) Rule

The December 23, 2011, Federal Register includes an EPA reproposal of certain provisions in both the March 2011 final Emission Standards for Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) units and the March 2011 rule defining Non-Hazardous Secondary Materials (NHSM).
