CC-11-033: EPA Finalizes Revisions to Mandatory GHG Reporting Rule

In the November 29, 2011 Federal Register, EPA finalizes revisions to several subparts of the mandatory GHG reporting rule. The material in this memorandum summarizes the rule amendments and will interest all companies subject to the EPA greenhouse gas reporting requirements relating to anaerobic wastewater treatment and industrial landfills.
