CC-11-029: SARA Section 313 Removal of Stay on Hydrogen Sulfide Reporting

In the October 17, 2011 Federal Register, EPA published a final action that removes the administrative stay for reporting of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) under SARA Section 313 regulations. This action will be of direct interest to kraft mills and other types of mills that may inadvertently generate hydrogen sulfide in on-site wastewater treatment operations.
