CC-11-026: Information Request for Estimating Pulp and Paper Mill Calendar Year 2010 Emissions

At five-year intervals beginning in 1980, NCASI has gathered mill-specific and unit-specific information on power boilers, recovery furnaces, lime kilns, and thermal oxidizers for the purpose of developing industry-wide SO2 and NOx emission estimates. The data gathered are also useful to the industry in assessing the impact of several major EPA rulemaking activities over the last 30 years and in analyzing the potential effect of some federal legislative initiatives. This memorandum contains information about the 2010 NCASI survey, and requests a response indicating where to send the survey forms for the mills in your company.
