CC-11-025: TSCA Inventory Update Rule Modifications – Chemical Data Reporting – Final Rule

The August 16, 2011 edition of the Federal Register contained a final rule amending the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 8(a) Inventory Update Rule and changing its name to the Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) Rule. The final CDR rule requires updated information about chemical manufacturing, processing and use, and new information about worker exposure associated with the manufacture of chemical substances.
