CC-11-023: Proposed Revisions to Mandatory GHG Reporting Rule

In the August 4, 2011 Federal Register, EPA proposed revisions to several subparts of the mandatory GHG reporting rule. Of particular interest to the forest products industry are amendments proposed to Subpart A - General Provisions, Subpart II – Industrial Wastewater Treatment, and Subpart TT - Industrial Waste Landfills. This memorandum summarizes the proposed rule amendments and will interest all companies subject to the EPA greenhouse gas reporting requirements relating to anaerobic wastewater treatment and industrial landfills.
