CC-11-020: Errors in EPA GHG Rule Industrial Landfill Methane Calculation Method Parameter

On July 12, 2010, EPA published Subpart TT, Industrial Waste Landfills, to the mandatory greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting rule in the Federal Register. NCASI has identified technical errors in the methods prescribed by Subpart TT for calculating methane emissions from industrial waste landfills, and on July 20, 2011, submitted technical comments to EPA.
