CC-11-015: Proposed Rule to Defer GHG Permitting Requirements for CO2 from Bioenergy and Other Biogenic Sources

 In the March 21, 2011 Federal Register, EPA proposes to defer application of Prevention of Significant Deterioration and Title V permitting requirements to biogenic CO2 emissions from "bioenergy and other biogenic stationary sources." EPA will use the three years to conduct "a detailed examination of the science associated with biogenic CO2 emissions from stationary sources."
