CC-11-009: Final MACT Emission Standards for Boilers and Process Heaters Located at Major Sources

In the March 21, 2011 Federal Register, EPA published a final rule that sets MACT emission standards for boilers and process heaters located at industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities that are major sources with respect to facility-wide emissions of hazardous air pollutants. This rule will be of interest to companies operating pulp and paper mills, panel plants, and large sawmills that are classified as major sources.
