CC-10-043: Technical Error in Mandatory GHG Reporting Rule Subpart II (Industrial Wastewater Treatment)

NCASI has identified a technical error in Subpart II of the EPA greenhouse gas (GHG) rule (industrial wastewater treatment) that was published in the Federal Register on July 12. AF&PA brought this error to EPA’s attention on December 13. This material will interest companies that operate anaerobic wastewater treatment processes in which generated methane gas is collected for destruction.
