CC-10-042: Approved Revisions to Mandatory GHG Reporting Rule Published

The FY2008 Consolidated Appropriations Act required EPA to propose a rule mandating the reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the US. On October 30, 2009, the rule appeared in the Federal Register. In the December 17, 2010 Federal Register, EPA published finalized revisions to the GHG reporting rule that apply to several subparts of interest to the forest products industry, including Subpart A – General Provisions, Subpart C – General Stationary Combustion, and Subpart AA – Pulp and Paper Manufacturing.
