CC-10-040: Notice of Upcoming Pulp and Paper Mill Survey

 The December 7, 2010 Federal Register includes an announcement that EPA has sent an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval. The ICR involves an extensive survey that EPA plans to distribute in early 2011 to all pulp and paper mills in the US.
