CC-10-037: PSD and Title V Permitting Guidance for Greenhouse Gases Released

Over the past year EPA has taken several actions regarding greenhouse gases (GHGs) under the Clean Air Act (CAA). The overall result of these actions is that some PSD and Title V permits issued on or after January 2, 2011, will be required to address GHG emissions. On November 10, 2010, EPA issued GHG permitting guidance for state and local air permitting authorities.
