CC-10-033: Final Rule Setting PM2.5 Increments, Significant Impact Levels, and Significant Monitoring Concentrations for the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Permitting Program

In the October 20, 2010 Federal Register, EPA published a final rule establishing PM2.5 increments and threshold PM2.5 concentrations for ambient impact assessment and monitoring purposes under the PSD permitting program. This final rule will be of interest to companies planning projects that may require a PSD permit in the future.
