CC-10-032: Technical Errors in Mandatory GHG Reporting Rule Subpart TT (Industrial Landfills)

NCASI has identified two technical errors in Subpart TT of the EPA greenhouse gas (GHG) rule (industrial landfills) that was published in the Federal Register on July 12. AF&PA brought these errors to EPA’s attention on September 27. Details are provided in this memorandum. This material will interest all companies subject to the EPA greenhouse gas reporting requirements relating to industrial landfills.
