CC-10-031: Extension of Compliance Dates for Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) Requirements

 The October 13, 2010 edition of the Federal Register contained an EPA Final Rule extending the date by which facilities must prepare or amend and implement Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans. The extension requires that SPCC plans be prepared or amended and implemented on or before November 10, 2011.
