CC-10-030: Final Rule to Restructure the EPA Audit Sample Program for Compliance Emission Tests

In the September 13, 2010 Federal Register, EPA published a final rule that makes fundamental changes to the existing audit sample program. This rule will be of interest to companies required to perform emission tests for compliance purposes, since it places new obligations on source owners and will increase the cost of many of stack tests.
