CC-10-028: TSCA Inventory Update Reporting Modifications – Proposed Rule

 In the August 13, 2010 Federal Register, EPA announces a proposed rule that would make substantial changes to reporting rules and definitions under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The Inventory Update Reporting Rule enables EPA to collect and make current information on volumes of chemical production, manufacturing facility data, and how the chemicals are used.
