CC-10-026: Proposed Revisions to Mandatory GHG Reporting Rule

 The FY2008 Consolidated Appropriations Act required EPA to propose a rule mandating the reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the US. The final rule appeared in the Federal Register on October 30, 2009. In the August 11, 2010 Federal Register, EPA proposes revisions that apply to several subparts of interest to the forest products industry, including Subpart A - General Provisions, Subpart C - General Stationary Combustion, and Subpart AA - Pulp and Paper Manufacturing.
