CC-10-025: Extension of Compliance Dates for Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) Requirements

The August 3, 2010 edition of the Federal Register contains an EPA proposal to extend the date by which facilities must prepare or amend and implement Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans. The proposed extension would require that SPCC plans be amended and implemented by November 10, 2011. The previous compliance date was November 10, 2010. This memo will be of interest to all companies that maintain SPCC Plans.
