CC-10-024: Request for Information on Greenhouse Gas Emissions Associated with Bioenergy and Other Biogenic Sources

 In the July 15, 2010 Federal Register, EPA calls for information related to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions resulting from biomass combustion, biomass energy production, and other biogenic sources. In particular, EPA is trying to determine what approach should be used for accounting for GHG emissions in PSD permits and the Title V air permitting program.
