CC-10-022: New Subparts to Mandatory GHG Reporting Rule Published – NCASI Webcast Scheduled for August 4

On July 12,EPA published final rule amendments that require GHG emissions reporting from four source categories: magnesium production, underground coal mines, industrial waste landfills, and industrial wastewater treatment. This memorandum summarizes the new Subparts II (industrial wastewater treatment) and TT (industrial landfills) and will interest all companies that operate industrial landfills or anaerobic processes for wastewater or sludge treatment.
