CC-10-019: Final Rule Setting Greenhouse Gas Emission Thresholds for Title V and PSD Permitting Programs

In the June 3, 2010 Federal Register, EPA published a final rule adopting a phased program to regulate greenhouse gases (GHGs) emitted by stationary sources under the PSD and Title V air permitting programs. This rule is commonly referred to as the "Tailoring Rule."
