CC-10-018: Proposal to Define Non-Hazardous Solid Waste for the Purposes of Setting Emission Standards

 In the June 4, 2010 Federal Register, EPA proposes to define non-hazardous solid waste. This definition will be used to determine which combustion units will be subject to emission standards being set for Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incinerators (CISWI).
