CC-10-013: TSCA Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) Reassessment of Use Authorizations

 The April 7, 2010 Federal Register included an EPA advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM), indicating that the agency is reassessing the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) PCB use and distribution in commerce regulations. These regulations control the management and labeling of PCBs and articles containing PCBs, including transformers and other electrical equipment and carbonless copy paper.
