CC-10-012: SARA Section 313 – Proposed Addition of 16 Chemicals to the List of “Toxic Chemicals”

In the April 6, 2010 Federal Register, EPA published a proposal to add 16 chemicals to the list of SARA Section 313 "Toxic Chemicals." This proposal will be of general interest to pulp mills and wood products plants. Three of the 16 chemicals are of potential interest to the forest products industry-—isoprene, methyleugenol, and furan.
