CC-10-009: SARA Section 313 – Hydrogen Sulfide Reporting

In the February 26, 2010 Federal Register, EPA published a notice indicating the agency is considering removal of the administrative stay for reporting of hydrogen sulfide under SARA Section 313 regulations. This proposal will be of direct interest to kraft mills.
